What happens when I order online? What happens when I order online?The on-line credit card transactions are handled by the Paypal service. To select products, click on the "add to cart" buttons. When you wish to review the purchases, click on the "View Cart" button. You will be taken to the Paypal web page where you can review the purchases, set quantities, see details of costs including shipping etc. You will have the opportunity to cancel or complete the purchase. To complete the purchase, you will need to be, or to become, a Paypal member. This will involve registering a username, password and a credit or debit card. your membership may be used for any on-line purpose supporting Paypal - for example online actions - and is not limited to this site. When you complete the purchase, Paypal send us an email stating what goods you have ordered and informing us that the funds have been transferred. We will then ship the goods to the delivery address you entered into the system. What is Paypal?PayPal lets you send money safely and securely to anyone with an email address. You can settle restaurant tabs with colleagues, pay friends for movie tickets, or buy a baseball card at an online auction. For example, to make a purchase for £85 from the CML Electronics website, you will be charged £85. Your card issuer may make charges of their own, which would be beyond our knowledge and control. Customers from outside UK may make payments through PayPal. The PayPal system includes a currency converter to work out the amount you will be charged in a different currency (for example US dollars) and you will see this amount. PayPal charges a small fee for currency exchange. Where do my card details go?Your credit card details are never revealed to us in any way, shape or form. They are held within the Paypal system, and your transaction is concluded within the Paypal system. The only information we get is your email address, delivery address and a list of the goods ordered, as entered into the form. Details of the security featured provided by Paypal are on their website. Please note that CML Electronics Limited cannot be liable for any security issues arising from the Paypal system. However, the likelihood of anything untoward happening is very rare. Why are prices in UK pounds?CML electronics Limited is a UK registers & based company. Our prices are based in pounds sterling and the foreign curency equivalents may change if the exchange rate moves. What if I don't want the product?You have rights under the EU Distance Selling legislation to cancel the order within a "cooling off" period provided that the goods are returned in saleable condition.
