Our products enhance the operation of a Digitrax controlled railway.
If you want to automate accessories, points, signals etc - then these
products will help!
|
Layout Control Panels |
Want to operate points the "old" way with pushbuttons? Want
to see how they are set with LEDs? The DTM30
is a controller to allow pushbutton control and LED display of
accessories on a Digitrax controlled layout. It uses push button
switches & LEDs to provide a control interface "the way it
used to be" but all done via DCC & LocoNet: it works with
all Digitrax systems.
Key Features
There is a new "Interlock" with PC layout control programs
such as "Railroad & Co". This ensures points can only
be changed when it is safe to do so. The local operator at a station
can "hold off" PC controlled train movements while shunting!

Automatic Signal Control |
The SIGM20 Automatic Signal Controller sets
signals according to the settings of points and track occupancy
sensors&ldots; automatically. Signals can be 2,3 or 4 aspect colour
light signals using LEDs, or semaphore signals can be controlled
using Tortoise motors via an optional output driver.
All the signals on this diagram would be set automatically:

The SIGM10 Automatic Signal Controller is
still available. |

Accessory Decoder |
The DAC10 is a DCC & LocoNet compatible
accessory decoder to control point motors and other accessories. It
has LocoNet feedback so that all accessory devices can be aware of
the point states after power up.
The DAC10 controls up to 8 point motors and includes a built-in
capacitor discharge unit for solenoid motors (e.g. Peco, Seep). Each
output can be individually selected for:
It has 10 Auxiliary Inputs can be configured to control the 8 point
motors, or to generate LocoNet sensor, feedback or control messages.
Operating power is derived from DCC track or auxiliary AC/DC input. |

Shuttle Controller |
The new DSS1 shuttle controller drives trains
automatically, but through DCC!
Offers the functionality often found with DC controllers for "end
to end shuttle" or "station stop" functions, and a
lot more. And it's all done through DCC, with no special track power
needed.
This unit takes control of a train, and operates it automatically.
This might be used to create "background" activity - for
example driving a commuter train from one station to another. |
