Documentation
There is a lot of information on this site. it is in several forms:
- All of the product manuals are available online;
- Answers to frequently asked questions are available;
- Short articles on "how to do something" are available under several categories.
User Groups
There are several user groups available on Digitrax's "egroups". These are a powerful source of advice.
CML Technical Support
If those sources don't provide the help you need, then support direct from the supplier is available. Before doing this, you will need to be very specific what the problem is. "My board doesn't work" is not a question that is practical to answer; "my signals are not responding in this way", or "my points won't change state but the DAC10 is powered up correctly" are more specific as to the problem that needs to be solved. Tell us as much as you can, and a speedy answer si much more likely to be possible.
