This website contains a description of the products offered by CML Electronics Limited. Please consult the appropriate products pages to satisfy yourself that the product will meet your requirements. We are happy to answer questions prior to purchase. In most cases the full manuals for the products are available for download.

The prices on our web page may change at any time. The price you pay is frozen at the time the order is made. Our prices & shipping charges are listed on the sales product list page. For shipments within the EU, this includes all taxes. For shipments to the rest of the world, we use the postal system which provides no method for up-front payment of any local taxes. (Nor, for that matter, is is easy to find out what those taxes would be). Any local taxes will be paid by the purchaser. We aim to ship products within 7-10 days of order (and frequently more quickly than this) and try to use postal services with a delivery promise of 10 working days or less. However note that we have no control over the postal services other than an ability to trace goods.
If for any reason we are not able to ship within 10 days we will contact you and give you an opportunity to cancel the order.
Cooling-Off Period
We comply with the EU "Distance Sales" legislation. You have a right to a "Cooling Off" period during which you may decide not to accept the goods. The purpose of this is to allow you sight of the products in the same way as you would have in a shop. This does not apply if the goods have been used: you would not be able to apply power & use the products in a shop.
The cooling off period begins on the day after arrival of the goods and extends for 7 working days from that date. Working days are Monday - Friday inclusive and exclude UK public (bank) holidays.
If during the "Cooling Off" period you decide that you do not want the goods, then you must notify us and return the goods to us. The notification may be by (preferably) email or by letter.
Return of Payment
On receipt of the cancellation notice we will return to you your payment. we will refund the value of the order less the cost of shipping.
If you paid by cheque, we will send you a cheque for the UK equivalent amount. this will be drawn on a major UK bank.
If you paid using the Paypal system, we will send you a refund through the Paypal system.
Return of Goods to CML Electronics
You can't keep the goods if you cancel - you must send them back! If you cancel the order as stated above you are responsible for the delivery of the goods to us in good condition at your cost. This means in a condition to be put immediately on sale.
If you do not return the goods in good condition, we will be entitled to recover the cost of the goods from you.
If you do not return them within a reasonable time, we will be entitled to recover the cost of collecting them from you.
Please note that we do not ship products for evaluation.
Cancellation of Order
If you change your mind and decide you want to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full amount of the order. If the order has already been shipped, but the goods not opened, we will refund the cost of the order less the cost of shipping once the goods have been returned to us in unused condition. If the goods have been opened and used we will not refund an order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
CML Electronics Limited reserves the right to cancel an order if for any reason we are not able to fulfil it. We will refund the full amount paid and there will be no further liability.
